An exciting opportunity hasarisen to join Trafford Council's Children, Family and Well being Adult Services as a senior practitioner within the learning disability team. You will provide leadership, management, support and guidance to social workers and social work assistants within a multi-disciplinary team, working closely with ourexperienced and skilled health colleagues.
You should have significant community experience at a senior level with at least 3 years' experience ofworking in an adult social care setting (with two years at level 3).
