We require a fixed term business support officer to provide professional high-quality administrative and customer service for the Community Flow and Discharge to Assess functions to ensure delivery of efficient and effective day to day services.
You will take responsibility for responding to stakeholder enquiries in a professional manner and ensuring these are directed accordingly. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate daily records and producing daily reports to ensure stakeholders are provided with accurate up to date information as required. You will have excellent time management skills and be able to change priorities as required.
You will be required to work alongside a team of staff to support the community flow function in a busy environment. You will need to respond and adapt to different priorities as they present and ensure escalation to relevant management accordingly. You will be resilient and enjoy working as part of a busy team.
You will keep up to date with the relevant mandatory training and attend regular team meetings to ensure you remain up to date with team changes.
